For the fifth year in a row, RateMyLeague.com has reviewed each OIL draft. Below are the audio files and the order in which RML ranked the drafts. Click on the teams to view their roster on Yahoo!.
The AFC is led by . . . Musselman?! Muss has yet to make the playoffs in his OIL career, so maybe this will jump-start his best year yet. Behind Musselman are two-time champion Zerger and 2015 runner-up Roe. For reference, RateMyLeague.com correctly predicted four of six playoff teams last year.
The NFC is led by the Arrogant Americans, who drafted live at the cabin. Behind Cliburn is 2015 runner-up Henderson and 2013 champion Cobb. For reference, RateMyLeague.com correctly predicted only two of six playoff teams last year . . . and ranked the AMMODOGS' draft as the tops in the league. The AMMODOGS promptly went 0-13.
The PFC is led by the Exigent Circumstances, who are managed by Spicer. On his heels are Lutonsky and Straily. For reference, RateMyLeague.com correctly predicted only one of six playoff teams last year.
Draft Day is Sunday, September 2. The three OIL conferences will draft consecutively on ClickyDraft.com. OIL members must check their email for detailed instructions on how to access the draft location and draft software. Anyone may watch the draft board live at the following links and times:

Yahoo! will soon conduct its annual National Draft Day, and the OIL will be a part of it. Commissioner Justin C. Cliburn and his arch-rival, Adam F. Duffy, will be in New York alongside industry experts Andy Behrens, Brad Evans, Liz Loz, Scott Pianowski and Dalton Del Don, who was the most accurate expert for draft rankings according to FantasyPros.com.
Due to overwhelming demand, the 2017 OIL draft weekend will once again take place on Labor Day weekend at the Roberts Retreat Lodge near Konawa, Oklahoma. The venue has been reserved and the deposit paid.
The 11th annual OIL draft is complete. I've already uploaded them onto the drafts page of the website. Here are the the drafts on Yahoo!:
The good folks at Roberts Retreat Lodge say that Google's directions to the cabin are wrong. So following these instead:
HERE ARE THE DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Unfortunately, Google Maps and Mapquest do not take you to the correct location with the address. From wherever you are located, you can google "Vamoosa, OK" and the property is only 4 miles East from there, so this will give you an approximate driving time. So first look up directions to Vamoosa, OK and then follow these instructions ...
•Off Hwy 377/99, turn EAST onto EW1400 Rd - there is a black sign with white letters “Vamoosa Baptist Church” where you turn (this road is directly on the N side of the Vamoosa Cemetery)
•Continue straight past the church on your Right, through the 4-way stop, stay to the Right when the road V’s (by the mailboxes on the right), and continue past the “Dead End” sign
•Turn Right into the Roberts Retreat gate entrance
•Go for ¼ of a mile and make your FIRST LEFT
•Continue on this road and take your FIRST RIGHT (do NOT go through the RED gates)
•Go through the black gate and continue to the Lodge
Good news, folks. Back by popular demand, the folks at Rate My League will be previewing all three OIL conferences after their Labor Day weekend drafts. Here is what they had to say about the NFC and AFC last season.
For reference, Rate My League ranked the contenders in the NFC, in order, to be:
The team they hated the most was the Whackers, who did finish in last place in 2015.
In the AFC, they predicted the following teams would be playoff contenders, in no particular order:
