After 173 games, 13 seasons, seven playoff berths, and two championships, Lucky Enuf clinched their 100th victory at the close of Monday Night Football. They are the second OIL franchise to reach the milestone. Congratulations to Lucky Enuf manager and original OILer Kevin Pyle, who also moved to 5-0 and first place with the victory.
OKLAHOMA CITY — OIL manager Justin C. Cliburn and his Arrogant Americans became the first OIL franchise to reach 100 victories Monday. The historic win was earned when the 'Mericans came back on Monday night to defeat the Hard Targets in Week One of the 2017 season, Cliburn's 159th game as an OIL manager.
Hard Targets manager Finch came into Monday night comfortably ahead, with a 66% chance of victory. But Cliburn's receiving tandem of Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen combined for 52.4 points to take the lead. From there, the 'Mericans never looked back. Cliburn will face Cobb and his Dogs of War in Week Two.
