Adam Duffy spent the 2006 fantasy football season as a member of the 158 in Baghdad with the rest of the original 10, but he did not join the league until 2007. Like many fantasy football managers, it was difficult for Duff to differentiate between his fantasy football team and his favorite NFL team, the Green Bay Packers. He would reach for Packers early in the draft and hold onto to underperforming Packers for too long. For a man with so much football knowledge, it was surprising to see him miss the playoffs year after year. He vowed that 2010 would be different, and he delivered with a fourth-place finish that saw him overcome a series of injuries and bad luck to make the playoffs (much like his 2010 Packers). He learned to effectively compartmentalize his love for his favorite team and his duty to manage the Hangovers to the best of his ability. He has four top-four finishes to show for it.
