In December 2013, those who served on the 2005-2006 SECFOR mission were rocked by the death of a man they all served with. At the funeral, it was clear something needed to be done to stay in touch with more brothers-in-arms. So the OIL expanded to a second league and instituted conferences. The new conference began play in 2014 and was dubbed the OIL's AFC. Going into 2015, the league planned a 10-year reunion for the 150 men of the SECFOR mission. Adding a conference and 14 more members became the new goal. The PFC began play in 2015 and competes for the Landrum Memorial Trophy.
