The 2007 season was the first season spent state-side. Civilian friends and relatives turned the 10-man OIL of 2006 into the 16-man OIL of 2007. For reasons that remain unclear, original OILers Zachary Jessen, James Peacock, and Randy Woodman did not return for the OIL's second season.
Among the new managers for 2007 were Jack Bruesch, Aaron Cobb, and Adam Duffy (each of whom were on the 2006 SECFOR mission). And Fort Sill soldier Christopher Trovillo joined as well. He was not in the 158, but he wore the uniform and was passionate about fantasy football.
