Nobodies in Action
Bio
Leal was on the SECFOR mission with the rest of the 158 in 2006. It was on that mission he gave Cliburn the nickname "Brick." For whatever reason, Cliburn invited him into the first season of the OIL anyway. He played under the name Frito Bandito that first season and later switched to Norman Nobodies.
In 2007, he he lost the OIL Bowl to his rival and Baghdad roommate, Morgan. In 2009, he was upset in the playoffs after having the best regular season record. He hasn't gotten that close again since. He hasn't let his OIL failure define him though. He's an active member of his community, attends every city council meeting, and has run for city council twice.
The Nobodies underwent a complete rebrand in 2014. They ditched their original unimaginative logo and color scheme for a blue, orange, and white logo reminiscent of Leal's Houston Astros. Leal lives in Norman with his wife and two children. In 2016, he named his daughter, Cecilia, after OIL commissioner Justin Cecil Cliburn.
