The preseason is done. The draft is over. Lineups are set. All that remains is (real) football. For those who have been living under a rock, the OIL has expanded once again. The Patriot Football Conference (PFC) will be competing this season. Its managers are:

I'll send out contact info for these men soon enough so you can get the trade relations going. Here's what is different this season: the two winning teams (and leagues) with the highest scores in week 16 will face each other in week 17's Liberty Bowl (and counted manually). The winner of that matchup will be the overall OIL champion while the winners of each conference will be referred to as conference champions. Conference champions get a custom jersey as a prize.
