Heading into Rivalry Week, a whopping 12 of 18 playoff berths are clinched. Below are the standings and playoff picture for each conference.

Well, this is a first. With one week remaining, all six playoff spots are clinched. Now all that is left is the seeding. Venable and War Pony are locked into the one seed and a first-round bye. The number-two spot is a toss-up between Green and Peacock, as the Doughboys and Cocks are separated by just 13 points. Should each of them win, it will come down to their point totals to determine who gets a coveted first-round bye. The Warm Bodies and Vultures each sport the same 8-4 record as the second- and third-place teams, but Nye and Brosh are so far behind in points that neither can overtake Green and Peacock. The six seed is Zerger and his two-time defending champion Redlegs. With a win and losses by three of the four teams ahead of him (aside from Venable), he can finish as high as third due to his high point total.

Conversely, only two of six playoff spots are clinched in the NFC. Former champions Pyle and Cobb (Lucky Enuf and the Dogs of War) are one and two, with Pyle locked into the one-seed and first-round bye. With a win against SoonerJack (Bruesch), Cobb can clinch the second-seed. But, should Cobb lose, the two seed could be claimed by the Whackers (Morgan), Roughnecks (Baldwin), or SoonerJack due to the points for tiebreaker. It looks as if those jockeying to unseat Cobb as the two seed are safe, but they haven't clinched yet. The final playoff spot is between Cliburn's defending champion Arrogant Americans and Dead Again, managed by Schmidt. With a win against their rival Hangovers, the 'Mericans should clinch the six seed, as they have over 100 more points than Dead Again. But, should Cliburn lose, Schmidt can clinch with a victory against number-one Lucky Enuf during Rivalry Week. If Schmidt loses, Cliburn will back into the playoffs whether they beat Duffy (Hangovers) or not.

Only two playoff spots remain unclaimed in the PFC, with Pennington (FDC Chiefs), Buehre (Dirty Dogs), Gray (Great Plains Drifters), and Bellar (Xtreme) guaranteed playoff spots. Pennington and Buehre are locked into the first-round byes. Competing for the final two playoff spots are McKay (Orangebloods), Tadlock (Team Tadlock), and Baldwin (Blue Falcons). Baldwin needs a win and a loss by either McKay or Tadlock to make the tournament. Tadlock faces the number-one team in the league during Rivalry Week, and McKay is projected to lose to Mitchell (Nightmares), so it's certainly plausible. 

Week 12 OPR

Pennington remains atop the OPR standings. In the top 10, there are three AFC and PFC teams and four NFC teams.
