Okay, my math wiz friend who was going to configure our schedule for us has contacted to let me know that with a 14 team league playing a 13 week schedule, our scheduling preferences are a mathematical impossibility. That leaves us with two options:


1. Do the schedule by hand and get it as close as possible to how we want it, or


2. Have every team play every other team once.


I have made an executive decision and decided to go with option two for a couple of reasons. First of all, it is the more sound of the two options. It's either a bastardized version of what we wanted or a perfect version of something that is not that bad of an option anyway. We will still have our divisions and be able to talk trash about the strength of each division (ala the Big XII North and South, may they rest in peace), but it is an even schedule for everyone. 


I have e-mailed a copy of the 2010 schedule to each member.
