Well PFC members, we have now entered the playoffs for the first time in history of this league. If your team didn't make the playoffs this year, don't worry; there is always next season [Editor's Note: My Arrogant Americans team, the most successful in the OIL, didn't make the playoffs until our third season, so don't feel bad].

Unfortunately,  my SECFOR Sixers will not be moving on any further this season. However, I had a blast writing preview posts, researching players, and setting lineups so I could keep some kind of connection with my military brothers. Each year the PFC will get stronger, communication will become better, and interaction between team owners will begin to develop. Again, thanks for your participation, and those that didn't make the playoffs, pick a team and cheer them on till the end. Now, let us look at those teams that have made it to the playoffs.

Thanks!

First Round Byes:
#1 Enforcers and #2
Boomtown Brawlers

Congratulations to Bill Straily and Zack Brake for securing first-round byes. They are guaranteed a spot in the semifinals.
This first round playoff game is between The Xtreme and FDC Chiefs. First of all, hats off to FDC Chiefs for digging their team out of the dirt with a late start to the season (Pennington took over in week four when they were 1-2). The Xtreme looks pretty strong in this matchup with multiple weapons. Look for The Xtreme to pull this one out, but don't look past Drew Brees and his 30-point potential for the FDC Chiefs.

#6 Nightmares vs. #3 Vandals

The other first round playoff game is between the Nightmares and Vandals. Both teams are strong contenders to pull out the win, but each respective team needs to set their roster. There are holes in each lineup, but with a little adjusting, this could be a great matchup. I am leaning towards the Vandals in this one.

Vandals in a Low-Scoring Affair (Week Four)
