PFC: Cliburn's Week Four Preview
By OIL Commissioner Justin C Cliburn
After three weeks, the PFC is a story of haves and have-nots. Five teams have winning records while eight have lost more they've won. Leading the pack in wins are the Vandals and Drifters. Leading the pack in points are Team Tadlock and the Sixers. At this point the latter two look like the favorites to win whis conference. But, with 10 games to go, it's still anyone's game.
#5 FDC Chiefs vs. #2 Great Plains Drifters
This is your PFC game of the week. Pennington took over midway through last season and made it to the championship game. Gray's Drifters come into the matchup 3-0 after mumbling his way through the draft at the cabin between rounds of target practice. It may sound crazy, but I'm picking Gray to get to an astonishing 4-0.
#6 Nightmares vs. #4 SECFOR Sixers
Leal and I picked against the Sixers last week, and Cordes made us pay. I'm not making the same mistake twice. The Sixers win this one.
#7 Orangebloods vs. #8 The Xtreme
I'm picking McKay to beat Bellar's Xtreme here in this "battle" of 1-2 teams.
#14 Enforcers vs. #12 Dirty Dogs
I predict Buehre to win this pillow fight between another set of 1-2 teams.
#10 Red Ball Express vs. #9 Blue Falcons
Hodge has not shown he is committed to winning in this league. Until he does, I'm picking Baldwin's Blue Falcons, who seem to get better each week.
#11 Mechanics vs. #3 Team Tadlock
Tadlock leads the league in points, but I think he falls to Pierre here.
#13 Boomtown Brawlers vs. #1 Vandals
This is a matchup of last year's champion versus this year's number-one team. I'm picking Brake to pull off the upset and right the ship.
