Three weeks into the season, we are down to just three undefeated teams. Duffy, Pyle, and Morgan lead the pack at 2-0. Rogers, Leal, and Baldwin bring it up the rear at 0-2. Starting out 0-2 isn't a death sentence. Venable and Roe made it to the AFC's championship game after 0-2 starts. 0-3 though? Well, boys; it's best to avoid 0-3.

NFC Game of the Week:
#5 SoonerJack vs. #1 Hangovers

This top-five matchup pits the defending champ against the current number one. Bruesch has made a series of good moves, starting with the draft, but Duffy's team is too strong. The Hangovers move to 3-0 and eclipse their two-win 2015 season.

#14 Roughnecks vs. #7 Arrogant Americans

This . . . this is not the game of the week. In this corner, you have the disappointing Arrogant Americans, sitting at 1-1 after what they considered to be a stellar draft. In the other corner, you have the 0-2 last-place Roughnecks. Cliburn and Baldwin couldn't be less proud. But the season isn't over, and they're not going to roll over. The 'Mericans win this one due to Todd Gurley disappointing Baldwin yet again.

#12 AMMODOGS vs. #11 Dogs of War

Somehow, Rogers's stellar team is ranked below the shitshow that is Cobb's squad. At the draft, Jessen asked how the hell Cobb had won a championship. After seeing the team he's put together, I can understand the incredulity. The 'DOGS win this one.

#10 DARC NARCS vs. #4 Hard Targets

This is a rematch of last season's semifinal matchup that saw Henderson upset Finch and punch a ticket to the OIL Bowl. Finch gets revenge here, but it won't make up for missing out on his first championship opportunity last season.

#13 Norman Nobodies vs. #6 Dead Again

I'm picking Leal to pull off the upset here. Schmidt's team is ranked higher, but Leal's trek to 0-2 involved a lot of bad luck and tough opponents. I like him to pull out a win this week and get the ship righted.

#9 Dirty Hippies vs. #3 Whackers

Morgan has gotten off to a great start, but he lost Danny Woodhead for the season this week. I like Trovillo in an upset.

#8 DominationStation vs. #2 Lucky Enuf

Pyle is my favorite to win this league, and I'm not going against him now . . . especially against Jessen's weak-ass team.
