Inaugural Patriot Bowl Preview
The semifinals were as exciting as it gets in fantasy football. Each matchup went down to the wire, with the winner not decided until the last whistle of Monday Night Football. Here's your playoff bracket to date:
Semifinals Recap:
Brake beat USMC veteran Brian Oglesby's Vandals after QB T.J. Yates was injured in the first quarter. Still, it took until the end of Monday night for the Boomtown Brawlers to pull it off.

Well folks, it is finally here. The big "bad ass" Patriot Bowl between two 158 veterans. The FDC Chiefs' Stephen Pennington was on the 2008 Iraq mission and the 2014 Afghanistan mission. Boomtown Brawlers manager was on the original SECFOR mission.
For one team it has been a storybook season . . . well maybe. Can the FDC Chiefs pull off an amazing comeback? Remember, Pennington took over for Hudson when the franchise was 1-2. Hudson hadn't logged in in three weeks, so a change in ownership was made. The result: the FDC Chiefs are in the Patriot Bowl after gaining a manager with a knack for competition and setting up the best possible roster week-in and week-out. However, the Boomtown Brawlers has shown the best consistency in fantasy play to date. Brake is on a seven-game winning streak heading into the big game at the end. This matchup will establish the first official winner for the PFC. This historic game will set the standard and lead this league into the future. Both teams look very strong, but I have to lean towards FDC Chiefs on this one. Their roster seems to be the stronger of the two and has more upside. My pick is FDC Chiefs.
If the winner of this matchup outscores at least one of the other two conference champions, it will advance to the Liberty Bowl in Week 17. Good luck this week in game play gentlemen!
