Cliburn is 5-1 but only has the third-most points in the NFC. Pyle is sitting at 3-3 but has the most points in the NFC. But neither team is at full strength. The 'Mericans are without rookie superstar QB Deshaun Watson while Lucky Enuf is without WR Emmanuel Sanders. Still, each team is projected to score roughly 160 points. That being said, I'm not sure I trust the projections for my 'Mericans. I'm begrudgingly picking Pyle to win this game.
PFC: #5 Great Plains Drifters vs. #2 Team Tadlock
Neither resumé here is indicative of a top-six team, as Gray and Tadlock both have failed to reach 130 average points per game. But Gray just lost QB Aaron Rodgers, so I'm picking Team Tadlock to move to 6-1 and prime position for a first-round bye.
Brosh started out 1-3 but has clawed back to .500. Meanwhile, Reed would be 5-1 had Jeremy Maclin played last week. But Reed has had very a weak schedule thus far. I'm picking Brosh to move closer towards a playoff spot.
