Original OIL member Justin Finch has had several franchise names during his nine years in the OIL, most of them NSFW. In light of the new prize policy awarding league champions a custom team jersey and Finch's success thus far this season, he decided to change his name to something more original than Fourth Down Syndrome. 

He decided to have some fun with First Platoon's nickname during the 2005-2006 mission that started this league: Hard Targets. His mascot is a way-too-hardcore soldier with a terrible high-and-tight, ballistic sunglasses, and a bad mustache. It was created by Ryan Torres Design.
