Last Week, we saw the Vultures fall out of 1st place due to their loss, giving the Redlegs the tie breaker due to points. Another thing to keep an eye out on, is that the Rebel Alliance and War Pony are seemingly hitting their mid season stride. They have won two in a row and have gotten them selves into playoff contention with almost half of the season gone. 

#4 Steel Reign vs. #1 Redlegs

This game is going to be really close as two of the top five teams face off. The Redlegs were favored early in the week, however due to the horrible showing or no show of Demaryius Thomas, the Steel Reign have gotten the upper hand in this match-up. This will go down to the wire.

#13 Brewmasters vs. #11 Sawtooths

Both of these teams have struggled early, and Vegas predicts this game as a lock, but I think the Sawtooths win this game in a close contest. The Brewmasters just have not had any offense power in the early part of the season. Can the Brewmasters get big points from the Johnson duo? Last week it paid dividends but it will be hard for the same output to be done this week. I like the Sawtooths in this game.

#14 Hillier vs. #3 Cocks

The Cocks, a early season surprise look to continue their success against the last place Hillier. This game is not going to be close, I like the Cocks in this game. This is the editors lock of the week. Hillier has struggle to recover from his draft, and is in a tight spot if he has even a chance at making the playoffs.

#9 Doughboys vs. #2 Vultures

The Doughboys have a roster who have the potential to put out a huge amount of points if given the opportunity. However, they are also playing another explosive team in the Vultures. This game shows the Doughboys being favored however this game is to close to call. I would not put any money on this trap game.

#12 Mutinous Apes vs. #8 Hooligans

Another match-up that is very close. The Mutinous Apes are facing the Hooligans this week. I think the Mutinous Apes win this game and it will be known as an upset. The Hooligans have been spotty at best this season and the Apes have made a numerous amount of roster moves. I like the Mutinous Apes to find their 2nd win of the season here.

#10 Negligent Discharges vs. #6 War Pony

War Pony is taking on the Negligent Discharges. War Pony is coming in with a two game win streak on the line. The War Pony are a heavy favorite and this game should be interesting. I think the War Pony will come out and take care of business. This game should not be close, nor will it be.  

This is my favorite Uniform match-up of the week.

#7 Warm Bodies vs. #5 Rebel Alliance

The Rebel Alliance come into this game also on a two game winning streak and look to roll easily in this match-up. I agree with Vegas in this one, unless there is a coach blunder in this match-up, Rebel Alliance will win heavily and easily. This was the 2nd place finisher for the editors lock of the week. 

Good luck to everyone this week. We are coming into October, which means November is right around the corner. It will be Veterans Day soon and then the holiday season. Ensure that we are checking on each other and reaching out to each other.
