Steel Reign pulled out a 12-point victory against my beloved Sawtooths after Sawtooths QB Andy Dalton broke his thumb, scoring a mere 0.95 points. As a result, it was a close game and ultimately went down to the MNF Game between the Giants and Dolphins. The Rebel Alliance ran through Lynn's Brewmasters and put up a week-high 196.45 points. Great job and congratulations to those who advanced to the next round.
More analysis after the jump.

As mentioned above, the Sawtooths appeared to be doomed when Andy Dalton broke his thumb in the first quarter of his matchup. But the rest of the team stepped up and Reed went into MNF with a chance to win. Alas, it wasn't enough and they lost to Fitzgerald.
Meanwhile, the Rebels annihilated the Brewmasters. Lynn had spotty QB play all season and it wasn't any different this week. Brian Hoyer managed to get less than six points, but Lynn wasn't beating Roe no matter how many Hoyer scored. Roe's 196 points put him within earshot of outscoring the Brew Crew by 100 points.
So, now we have the semifinals to look forward to. They feature the top three seeds and the #5 seed. Anything can happen at this point.
Semifinal Number One:
#5 Rebel Alliance (9-5) vs. #1 Vultures (9-4)
The number-one ranked team take on the Rebel Alliance team that scored almost 200 points in the first round of the playoffs. The first game was won by the Rebel Alliance by a total of 54 points. Once again, Vegas has the Rebs as the favorites in this game, and I believe they will find a way to win. The Vultures have been great all season, but the Rebel Alliance has been the hottest team since their 0-3 start. I like the Rebels in this one.

First Meeting:
Rebels in an Upset (Week 11)
Semifinal Number Two:
#3 Steel Reign (10-4) vs. #2 War Pony (9-4)
The first matchup was a 23-point swing for War Pony. Steel Reign is a five-point favorite in this game. This game is going to come down to the wire. However, I like War Pony in this one. This will be a playoff classic with the game being very close. But Venable has a deeper team with some favorable matchups. I predict a return to the Thunder Bowl for the ole War Pony.
First Meeting:
War Pony Victory (Week 12)
Good luck to everyone.
