Well, it wasn't the outcome I wanted, but the people have spoken. The OklahomIraqis league will determine their draft order each year based upon the order of finish the previous year. The last place team will choose first, the 13th place team will pick second . . . the second place team will pick 13th and the first place team will pick last.
