Buehre was the Third Platoon platoon sergeant during the 2005-2006 Iraq mission. Their platoon name was the Dirty Dogs and he's continued that into the OIL. He's originally from South Dakota but now lives in Lawton, where he is an athletic trainer. He's since been promoted to First Sergeant, but his greatest accomplishment is pulling off a worst-to-first turnaround in 2016: after finishing in last place in 2015, he won the PFC championship in 2016.
